Jacqueline Martinez recently graduated from Florida International University with her BA in English Writing & Rhetoric. She spent her college years working for a Wynwood-based art gallery, immersing herself into the local arts scene. This gave her the chance to work at significant events like CONTEXT Art Miami and Art Basel. A Francophile, she supplemented this experience by studying art history in Paris in 2018.

By writing about these experiences, she realized that prose was her forte. Today, she aims to keep learning about art while passing on her experiences to art novices who are just like her when she began.
